- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Cancelled my policy and was sent to collections for an unpaid balance. Huge lack of communication between United one and infinity insurance and infinity refuses to speak to me because "that's what we pay United one for" sent the requested documents to United one repeatedly but "after we fax it and get a confirmation we put your documents in storage" they never bother to call to make sure infinity received the documents and now I'm being harassed by infinity for 35 dollars I don't even owe.
